Same here. It has been more than 30 days now since the contacted me.
I gave all documents and soft copy of pan card also.

I am from Bangalore. It happened with me also on Oct 2nd 2012. They collected my documents (xerox copies)and asked to send the soft copy on scb.[protected]@gmail.com.
Now they are not responding.

I am also struggling with the same issue even I got reference no #FPL8700BPM01 and when I went to check the staus of that it was showing that this is not a valid refernce, I sent a mail to customer.[protected]@sc.com and with in 12 hours I got response through mail which is given below see what they are telling regarding this issue.

Same thing has happened with me too, infact i have given soft copies also. Did you got any reply from them ? what is the status infact i tried calling them back they didnt pick the call all the time the number says they are busy ? I am worried.
Is it a fake call ?
Did they simply took our documents and went off ? Kindly reply what is your status ?
