I had given my 500 GB HDD for replacement to Accel Frontline service Ltd. vide call ID SGTBFB[protected]DW. They give me SMS that your HDD will be replaced within 5/7 days. Already more than a month passed away but till today I had not received the same. When I check the status of dispatch from Customer care of Accel care centre they gave me docket no of courier (first flight) and when I check the online status it is showing that it is under transit from 21st november and 23rd November held by octroi till date.
