I visited the business premises of Secular Gas Service, Sector-11, Panchkula thrice to get defective regulator replaced but the official refused to replace on some pretext or other. The mechanic of the company visited our residential premises on 31.5.2011 and checked the regulator and confirmed that it was defective. After that I again visited the office of the co. on 2.6.2011 but the official refused to replace on the ground that it is not defective. Thus he is challenging the report of the mechanic deputed by the co.I explained that this regulator stops immediately after the initial start.Thus he is harrasing us. They are wasting our time and energy.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem.My gas connection no. 15103.Pl. let me know mobile no. of the owner of Secular Gas service, Sector-11, Panchkula

My connection is with Secular Gas Service, Sector-11, Panchkula Agency of Indane Gas, Haryana. I have tried every month to book my request on [protected], [protected], [protected] nos.but all lines on these nos are busy or in held up position. Then i tried on [protected] for booking but they demanded the dealer land line no but the above said available nos are not updated in the record of INDANE GAS CO. So you are requested to provide the land line no of Secular Gas Service, Sector-11, Panchkula which is updated in company record to book the gas on [protected] no
