This company is one of the worst company.

1) If given a chance CEO would take review everyday for all your account, she takes review everyday for 3-4 hours and than next day again she will sit with you on review of your accounts. This happens 3-4 days in a week.
2) There is no rules and regulation or discipline, every now an than you will see employees and CEO fighting like cats and dogs.
3) CEO is all in one she wants to be part of partner calls, client call, booking tickets. Even in loop for getting tea and coffee powders or toilet handwash.
4) Everyone associated with this company is suffering whether its client, partners/re-sellers or employees
5) They do not have a single product which is developed by them... they purchase the software from small developers in India and sell it for price which is 150 times higher than actual product cost.
6) You name any prospect name the CEO would reply "the CIO of this company is very good friend of mine give my reference to him" and when you do it.. client would never ever answer your call.
7) There are many partners who have gone bad because of non payment of their commission.
8) Clients are suffering after purchasing or paying money to SEEinfobiz... they do not have a support team for addressing customer complaints and query.
9) There is no formal pricing structure for their product, pricing depends on CEO's mood if she is in bad mood price would be insane and if she is in good mood price would be better.
10) VP sales comes to office at 11:00 am, haves food at 1:30pm goes home at 3:00pm as her daughter starts crying exactly at 3pm everyday comes back to office by 5.30pm and goes home by 7.30pm.
11) Marketing Manager is like personal assistant to CEO and VP Sales... only marketing activity she does is send CEO, VP Sales and CIOs calendar to employee.
12) Pre Sales manager and CIO are actually doing work of Business development executive with out dated and rented laptops.
13) Business Development Executive is actually doing work of fixing up appointments, with 0% percent knowledge of product... they only fix meetings for demo without even talking about product.
14) Office are full of bed bugs and cockroaches.
15) CEO even gets into checking attendance what time an employee came to office.
16) No matter you how well you server your notice period, you would not get your marksheet, experience letter and Final pay cheque.
17) Rajiv Tondon or well wisher is none other than the marketing lady who herself does not mentions her current employer company name in LinkedIn.
18) CEO or VP sales really would not take responsibility even if the mistake is committed by them. The lower level executive is always at the receiving end for mistake done by CEO and VP.
19) You have to send 3-4 emails, 5-6 SMS, call 3-4 times in a day to CEO or VP for talking to client or to attend schedule meetings.
20) Outdated machines, no proper management, no rules and regulation clubbed with insane, mood swings of CEO and mood swings of top management. Discussion is on individual to join this company or to purchase any solution from them.

The list would go on and on, one piece of advice think before buying any solution from them, thinking 100 times before accepting their job offers or offers to be their partner/reseller, I bet you will never be happy with this company.
