I have been facing the problem of seepage from my above flat owner's bathroom for the last one year. I made several requests to rectify the problem. Due to continuous seepage, the bathroom door, side walls have completely worned out. This is an attached bathroom to the Master Bed Room. It is causing health problems also. When I repeatedly brought to the notice to the owner, he is picking quarrel each time. They are not allowing plumber engaged by me to rectify the problem.
Can any one suggest what remedial action can be taken on this issue, whom to contact for rectifying this problem.

Seepage — Seepage issue
Dear Sir,We are the residents from J/39-40 Sheikh Sarai, Ph-II, New delhi-17. Our Seiver lines has been broken at above mentioned address (inside the land) because of this Seepage is growing in the building, request you to please do the needful for the same.
