[Resolved]  Seetharama Indane Gas Services, Jigani Anekal Main Road, Bangalore, 562107 — Non Delivery of GAS cylinders

Their Service is very poor. They are not helping customer to connect the cylinder and check the leakage in the first time. Really fed up on reaching them. Not picking the calls and very poor response.

My mother & I had gone to the seetharama gas agency for a transfer and after sending me back for the regulator which i did bring back from electronics city, they refused to do the needful.
The agency person wanted us to leave the documents which on later perseverance accepted the copies of the same. However, the regulator was obviously of no use which was brought with a lot of effort. Moreover, Ms. Dhivya was absolutely disrespectful and abusive and even asked us to leave the premises stating that the transfer which was local would be done in probably 17days if only approved. Having this connection for over 30 years, there has never been such harassment for a simple procedure. What kind of service is this? This has to be addressed as harassment against customers who don't have a choice but to put up with this kind of behaviour.

Seetharama gas agency in Jigani - one of the worst people I have ever seen. They are direspectfull, do not pick the phone, their delivery boys are pathetic. Last month I booked a cylinder, and they delivered after 15 days after repeated calls. They keep on telling they will come today, but they wont. I am really sick of them and planning to register a compaint with Indane regarding their behavior. I request all of you to call Indance and register your complaints

The delivery boys also ask for extra Rs30 for while deliver of the cylinder.
Can anything be done about this?
they come in the tempo, then sue apartment lift to get the cylinder, then what is need of paying extra 30rs for it?
arent they paid salary to do this job?

WE need not to pay anything for delivery boys becuase they are paid salary everymonth. Seetharama gas agency is wors worst distributor. customers facing lot of problems with the uneducated persons managing the office. they dont know how to behave with the customers. they are selling the cylinders in block for 1000 to 1300 rs.

What is the use of complaining here.

I have complained to gas authority of india, but no use. Agancy people called and said that your connection is suspended. I have visited in person, i asked for the reason, they said your connection active.

So many people used to complain everyday but no use of it.

It is really horrible to be with this dealer. Staff of this dealer is also very very irresponsible and even though they don't how to behave with customer. So I have already shifted to Bharat Gas.

I am writing on behalf of my mother. She has a connection from this WORST agency. We booked on 19th july and today is 1st august. The cylinder ia not delivered. Today they delivered (booked on 20july) in the same apartment where we live. I asked the delivery boy, he was wo rude to reply "hum nai jaanta agency jao". From past 3 days I am trying to contact them but they are not picking the phone. The delivery boy asks 470/- instead of 422/- although we arw paying 450/- to him which includes tip for him.

I contacted Indane all india toll free number and they said they will take care, one day already passed.

Please provide any other option for us as in this area there is only one indane provider in this area
We have to go 27kms to reach thia agency which is not feasible for my old mother and this agency is closed on Sundays!!!

I am Indane customer of Seetharama gas agency in Jigani, Anekal. I have been taking regular cylinder but had a break of 1 year as I was not at home. So as per the rule my connection got deactivated . After that when I am trying to reactivate my connection by filling in the form and submitting the required documents I am not able to do so and more than 1 month has passed and nothing had happened. Every time I call the agency they tell me to call after 2-3 days and so on.The problem is not getting solved and it is more than 3 months that I have been calling them and visitng their office

I have activated preferred time delivery for consumer number:5362.That is delivery time on sunday.But they delivery on Thursday and they charged and demanded Rs 460 from my parents for Rs 425 bill.I have proof for the same. Please take action . And need that Rs 35 back.If it is not resolved file case.I received mail for preferred time delivery activation and also bill I received on thursday date.

Not delivered and not came to door, call is closed stating Door closed

Worst customer service. No response on the phone lines. Booking was done a month Prior and the Cylinder is not yet been delivered. Booking # 563502. Pathetic service. Kindly avoid this agency. I would suggest it would be good to cancel their distribution license. not worth to be in customer service industry.

SEETHA RAMA GAS AGENCY

I BOOKED A CYLINDER AND GOT A CONFIRMATION NUMBER ALSO. AFTER 2 DAYS THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER STANDS CANCELLED AND HAD TO RE-BOOK MY CYLINDER THE SAME IS ALSO CANCELLED. CALLED THE AGENCY THERE IS NO RESPONSE AND ALL THE NUMBERS PROVIDED ARE WRONG OR NOT UPDATED THE NEW ONES.
THE COMPANY PERSONNEL !!! IF THERE IS ANY WORD WHICH BETTERS THE WORD "WORST BEHAVED" IT WOULD BE THESE BUNCH OF ARROGANT NO SENSE OF TIME FOR CUSTOMERS PERSONNEL.
HAS ANYONE INTHIS FORUM GOT ANY POSITIVE RESULTS AFTER POSTING HERE. IF YES PLS TELL SO THAT I TOO CAN APPROACH.

refill -Cylinder not delivered

Hi, I booked refill on 24th Nov 2014 and till now cylinder not delivered. Last time also they delivered the cylinder after one month. My booking reference number is - 524671. Please take action. Regards, Ajit Singh
