Universal exports imports BEWARE!!!
The owner Syed Nazar Syed Shukoor is a lair and a manipulator. He will con you into spending more for a good quality product but then he will short you on your order or he will send you some crappy over processed hair. The only reason why I decided to try the company was because he had pictures of beautiful virgin Indian hair that did not appear to come from someone else website and they took pay pal.. I WAS SO FOOLED
I order from him 1 kilo of machine weft 16-18in and 1kilo 18-22in VIRGIN curly Indian hair.
It took him 2 weeks to send me my hair when he told me he would ship it the next day. When I finally got the hair it was fried from him trying to process the hair to a curly texture and he also dyed the hair a light brown. It was obvious the hair was dyed because you could see the iridescent color prisms when you hold it next to a light. On top of all that the hair SMELLED AWEFUL and it shed like a dead dog. The hair looked like someone wash out a bad perm and he took the hair from the drain and put it on a track. I’m not exaggerating. I ended up opening a case through pay pal and they said they only protect my purchase if I did not receive my hair and told me he would be willing to work something out with me. I did not want to order from him again because of the crap he sent me but he assured me that he would send me better hair. Plus I really had no choose because he said he would not refund my money.
I spent $125 to ship that nasty crappy hair back. I ended up changing my order from machine weft to bulk hair. This guy had the audacity to ask me to pay to ship the shipping cost!!! After explaining to him the he messed up my order and I wasn’t paying for shipping 3 times he agreed to pay it him self. So after 2.5 weeks I got the my 2 kilo order weighted it and noticed he shorted me 12oz but he sent me some hair he called Malaysian. The Malaysian hair was just some processed Indian straight hair. I contacted him and told him he shorted me on my order and he told be he sent me a 4oz sample. I did not pay for that crap. I need the rest of my 12 oz and decided to do a half kilo order and for him to add the missing 12oz. He charged me 230 for a half kilo when it should have cost $180 and charged me $500 for kilo of 23-26in Natural curly hair when I month ago it was 440. After a month and one week I got my hair. He shorted me again and 70% of the hair was wavy. I would have thought after spending the extra money he would do the right thing.

DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THIS MAN HE IS HAS NO INTEGRITY!!!

I just sent this company and email and due to this complaint I definitely will NOT be buying one thing from them. I am not into wasting My money.

we are also beauty saloon at Maryland and purchasing hair from the company for the past 1year, they are our sole supplier for us, until without no any issues we are getting the products very smoothly,

if the buyer asking discount or free bundles from the supplier, if they are not sending to the buyers they will make a complaints sending to the site,

this is fake site from United States Using Indian site and spoiling company reputation, and making advertisement revenue,

Your profile says that you became a member today and you are actually in India and not Maryland. I am just trying to find some good hair thats not over priced. and its becoming quite impossible.

Now I am really pissed!!! The email I sent inquiring about a kilogram of hair priced at 175 just went up to 400.00!!! Supplier stating they need to "update" the price.

This hair is HORRIBLE! It tangles terribly and the texture has a synthetic feel. This is not real raw Indian hair. He also will not send the hair as quickly as he says he will. Other than that they suck.
