WE HAD PURCHASED WASHING MACHINE SEMI AUTOMATIC MODEL FABRIGUARD CLASSIC PLUS S NO 64312831 FROM SHIVAM ELECTONICS CUTTACK ON 12-08-07, SINCE THEN ONE OR THE OTHER PROBLEMS WERE ARISING WE COMPLAINT AT NO OF TIMES CO'S SERVICE MAN WAS ATTENDING THE SAME BUT SINCE LAST 4 MONTHS AROUND WE HAD COMPLAINT ABOUT THE DRAIN SWITCH AND WATER CHANGE OVER NOT WORKING BUT NOBODY ATTENDED THE SAME, WE ARE HELPLESS AND UNABLE TO USE WASHING MACHINE.
WE ALSO CONTACTED STATE HEAD AT BBSR OF AFTER SALES SERVICE BUT DID NOT GET THE REPLY FROM HIM STILL.

Semi automatic washing machine — The authorised service centre is not responding
I have given a complaint @ 20 days back. after 3, 4 remonders, the person has visited and checked the machine. he is supposed to give feedback next day i.e.on 05th July 08.after doing enquiry after 4, 5 days it was told that PCB is not available and in next 2, 3 days we will get it. neither a feedback is received nor any body visited again. have we made a mistake by purchasing "WHIRLPOOL" machine?
