I would like to inform that i have under treatment DR Peeyush Verma (MS) reg no 27114 owner of Aayusmaan Hospital (Unit aayusmaan Health care Pvt Ltd.) kiratpur road , Bijnnor UP. 246701 on dated 31.05.2012 to 02.06.2012 .After treatment i was demanding consultancy fees Rs150/ and Ultrasound charge Rs 300/ proper medical bill to the hospital .After much demanding hospital provide incomplet bill without bill no and service tax no .
