Sub: Request to remove the unauthorized parking for commercial vehicles in our Colony

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice Sir that there is serious unauthorized parking lot for commercial vehicles which is being run at the behest of and operated by two building material suppliers (Mr. Vinod Kumar Sharma resident of 2/137, Subash Nagar, New Delhi-110027 and Mr. Sanjay Sabharwal resident of 2/136 Subash Nagar, New Delhi-110027) in our locality at Ram Lila Ground (adjacent to Arya Smaj Mandir, near Post Office in front of Ram Lila Stage). This is causing great disturbance and inconvenience and has made the life of the colony residents miserable.

Being a special category of community, taking unwanted advantage by parking big sizes trucks which are frequently used by these building material suppliers for the purpose of transporting their building material, all members of that community are creating nuisance saying that they will be harmless, come what may, in spite of their indecent behavior and nuisance which they create frequently while parking their commercial vehicle at the aforesaid location. Photographs of their commercial vehicles are produced herewith.

Further, they have been using this ground by their own which has become irritant for all the residents of Subash Nagar. Their staff members like drivers and cleaners creats non-social environment. They are found playing cards in broad day light and drink at night. They are also eve-teasing in outgoing people and demonstrate their might through their unwanted actions.
Such unauthorised commercial parking inside the colony is a serious threat to the peaceful living of this residential area and it is therefore prayed before your goodselves that immediate action may kindly be initiated against such unauthorized elements and to remove this illegal commercial parking or to seize the commercial vehicles for restoration of the colony ambience.
The Ram Lila Ground is meant for locals to support in living, but when occupied by encroachers then the health and happiness of the adjacent people is certainly affected which we hope you would kindly appreciate.

Kindly do the needful for the earliest restoration of Ram Lila Ground and peaceful living of the residents.
