SETC Bus conductor — SETC Bus conductor bad behaviour

Yesterday[protected] I travelled from Chennai (Koyambedu bus terminas) to Bangalore at 4.00 PM with the Bus number TN 01 N 7531, it was drizzling hence conductor asked to close the window, I have also closed the window but it was suffocating a lot due to which i had to take hard breadh and checked outside the rain direction was in different angle and hence I opened the window slightly not even two inches. On seeing the conductor started shouting like any thing @ me and was demanding me to close the window. I explained him that ever fan is not working and not even a drop of water comming inside even then he used flithy words and hurted me and hence i am drafting this mail. Will any authorities take any action against the conductor's bad behaviour.

Note: He did n't even switch off the lights for the whole travel against our seat and when we were trying to had our dinner, he saw and switched off the lights, once we finished he switched on the lights again.
