We started up to travel from Trichy to Chennai vide trip code 2115TRICHE, route no. 123UD on 05/12/2010 @ 21:15 Dep Time in a SETC bus with following pathetic situations (all in one bus).
1.Vomit and Toilet not cleaned and while asked to clean, conductor murmered and asked the driver to bring someone to clean, but the driver was least interested
2.One of the window's mirror replaced with plywood which is only 3/4th of window, when questioned by the passenger, conductor did not have any reply
3.Almost all seats were damaged
4.Gear of push back seat got pulled out while trying to push back the seat
5.Super Delux bus mentioned as Ultra Delux and charged for the same
6.Another window totally damaged, which was almost on falling stage out of the bus
7.Rear view glass fell down, while a passenger's head slightly hit it
8.Poor windows in a rainy and winter season, passengers asked what would happen if it rains, but conductor replied as only if rains strongly water will come in
Then we, passengers fought and asked for a change of bus and moved to another bus.
The worst thing happened was, they loaded another set of passengers in the same dirty bus, INSTEAD OF TAKING THE BUS BACK TO SHED
Who is responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of buses? Why people in service industries are not having empathy and not feeling WHY THEY ARE IN SERVICE OF PEOPLE
