I, Rajesh P.Patel, had ordered one Aveiro Wrist Watch order No: SMS0562859 from online shopping Seventymm. They had sent the product through courier but when I received the courier through Aramex Courier (Courier No. [protected] , it was not the Aveiro Wrist Watch but it was one Pears Soap. Immediately I contacted them at the given phone number [protected], [protected] the customer care number. They told to email a snap shot of the Courier which I have received along with the copy of bill and I immediately did it.
I am also in continuous touch with several of executives on their call center no ( Few of them are Sultana, Yusuf, Darshan, Prakash, Srinath) regarding delivery of my wrist watch since last 50 Days. Whatever has been asked by the company executive, I have complied with all details and documents. Still there is not a single positive response from their side and now they are also avoiding replying through e-mail or phone by not receiving the phones and removing the old complaints from their website which I have registered.
The correct product is not delivered yet and they are also not refunding the money by saying that the problem is with the courier company and not with seventymm. and courier company is saying the problem is with the sventymm and not with them. Nobody is replying properly.
Please do the needful and help us in resolving the problem with seventymm.
