Hi,
I booked a pack of two shirts at SeventyMM website www.weventymm.com, and the order came after 3 days of booking. I believed that their promise about checking the quality before dispatch and ordered. But, I was taken into a state of shock when I received two shirts of Platform cloth shop's quality and of different colors and sizes, not the ones I ordered. I filed a complaint with the complaint number 1874293 and then 1875805 on 3rd and 4th February respectively. They asked me to send the snapshots of those shirts and return the product, and I did so. They updated that I will be receiving the refund within 6 -7 days, on 10th February and I am yet to receive it. When I tried the customer care, they are not picking up and there is no place to elevate the issue other than the careless, incapable and lying Customer care executives.
I have lost money and they are cool. Please don't go for that website or you may suffer like I do. If there are anyone who can answer my queries and give me a solution, please come out and if there are none, I request people who can suggest me further actions.
