[Resolved]  Shambhu gas service — Delay in availability gas Cylinder

Hello,
I have gas connection have a rotation of 21 days of availability to get gas cylinder. But the service is very worst to get gas cylinder.
I booked my gas cylinder at 27/12/2011. according to rule, gas cylinder must be available within 2 working days. But date today is 23/01/2012. and still i didn't get cylinder and also they are creating problems.
The main thing is that i directly contacted to the head of "shambhu gas service bari (dholpur)". He told that to get cylinder you have to get contact with " Mr. kalicharan" and "Mr.Naresh sweeper". But they both person are demanding 500/- rs. But the valid cost is 380/- with delivery. They both also said that we will not give surety to provide gas with in 2 days.
It is not possible to give 120/- rs per month extra. As it may lead to corruption. I am not facing this problem first time. Many times there was delayed in gas delivery.
i have already sent application at 11/01/2012 to (1)DSO collectorate dholpur, (2)Up Zila Adhikari Bari, (3)Shambhu Gas Service Bari, (4)Ambesh Gas-17 Alwar, (5) Indian Oil Corporation LTD. Jaipur (6) Ministry of petrolium and Natural gas Shashtri Bhawan NEW Delhi. But from there also i am not getting any response.
Please help me as soon as possible. I am facing a lot due to delaying in gas service.
