BEWARE..BEWARE FRAUD SELLER Shanghai Tiangang Machine Manufacture Co., Ltd.

This is Srivalli Manda from Lucky Health Foods Hyderabad, India. I had a very bad experience with Tiangang Shanghai. When I tried to transact and pay money through Alibaba, the seller told that he will accept payment only through Western Union or Moneygram or Telegraphic transfer. So, I paid the full money to them via telegraphic transfer with prepaid freight to ICD Hyderabad for the TG-80 and Y-2 machine and they sent me the machine to Hyderabad but the shipping agent in India named Synergy Cargo has quoted USD 500(Rs 25000) as their charges to clear the machine from them. I called, emailed Tiangang contact person Mr. Jacky Lee asking why the shipping agent in India is asking money again when I paid full money till ICD Hyderabad as prepaid freight. There is no answer from him.
So I am at a loss of Rs 25,000.
Another important thing is he did not send me the original Bill of Lading and the Invoice and mailed me some excel sheets and PDF files asking me to clear the customs with the xerox copies which is impossible for clearance. He is not responding at all to my emails when i told him to send me the originals.

Now my USD 1643.00 payment is gone and till I clear the machine, I have to pay the demarrage charges on daily basis also which is increasing day by day from past 15 days.

Can someone interfere and do the needful on the following topics:
1) help me in getting the original Invoice and original Bill of Lading from them immediately.
2) I know that the shipping agent will charge Rs 2500 (USD 50) as DO charges and nothing else. So please get the extra Rs 22,500 (USD 450) cancelled which is illegal and cheating.
