[Resolved] Shankar — neighbor is disturbing us

Our address is,60,barhans canal side road.garia,kolkata-84.
My parent(who is above 55 years old) alone lives in this house..right now I am in Bangalore..So nobody is there with my parent.
Our neighbor Shankar and his wife Mita is disturbing my parent continuously..
his renter(Shyamali and a another woman(black color)) continuously is insulting(like haat benge debo etc and so many slang language .) my parents..
they( my parent) are completely break down..In this situation what should I do????

Hi my name is Shankar i am staying in vallikollaimedu 2nd Street thiruverkadu . In my street one new building construction going on he taken Government water illigal ly he broke Government water pipes and he fixed new pipes he constructed his house most of people are not getting water please do something.
