Shanti Gas/Gas Cylinder — Gas Cylinder not delivered booked on 12.7.11

I have booked Gas cylinder on 12.7.11 vide CM No. 8201143, till today (on 23.7.11) I have not received the Gas Cylinder. I made a compalint on 19.7.11 vide compalints no. 148885 on toll fre no. [protected]. They told me that in 2 days I received the Cylinder, but after 5 days I have not received the Gas Cylinder yet. Please look into the matter and solve the problem.
