i have 100 share of Rajshree Polyfil Limited(Folio No. RPS 378440,Certificate No. 621919,from [protected] to[protected] upon amanlgamation of RPL with Century Enka Limited(CEL),CEL company given me 5(five) share of CEL,in exchange of(RPL)(New Folio No. 0255890, Certificate No 427550 from 427550)but till i have not received CEL share certificate, So please issu me share certificate.I have registered u Original copy of RPL SHARE CERTIFICATE and CEL EXCHNGE LETTER 4 months ago on 7/7/2009.Since i am not getting your response.So Contact us as soon as possible. Share Certificate — Society has not given share certificate even after 4 years
I purchased my flat in 2009, but till date they have not issued me the share certificate. They have told me that they are waiting from some formalities to be completed from the builders side. I just wanted to know whether the share certificate can be issued only after the conveyance deed is done?
