My number[protected] I am using Zong network but now I want to switch my network to Mobilink.Your representative called by offering special package and urged not to shift network then he changed my package, and he did not explain that you are bound for one year to use Zong network.Today I called service centre about my MNP situation, they told me that you could not shift to any other network.This is cheating and fraud with customer by misguiding about package.
So, please reply and shift my number to Mobilink network.
