Shell International Mobile draws — to know the draws is true or fake

i have received an sms from shell international mobile draws that i have won rs 200, 000 GB pounds, i have sent my information to them. i want to know is this true or an fake .

I have received a similar SMS on Mobile that 2, 00, 000 Great Britain Pounds have been awarded to me
as I have won the Lottery from the said Dr. Nelson.

I have also been informed that I have to pay the cost of some documents to be obtained from South African Federal High Court in order to transfer the winning money to me in Calcutta.

I am also in same tension whether it is true or a racket of Internation Cheater.

Kindly help me.

Shell Petroleum Development of England — mobile draw award

I got message to my mobile [protected], that my number had won 200, 000, 00 GBP, from MD. Woodscope "winning.2009"@hot mail.com. So I response to that message by mailing. After that I recieved conformation by Congradulation, and after that I gave some details like my name, married, mobile number, professional etc. After that I recieved winnin g award certificate and Bank details of Nation Wide Bank, after that The bank person Ms Flower send me the forms to fill I filled every thing my Syndicate account number also, after that I recieved conformation of money transfer slip in Reserve Bank of India from which branch department dont know. After this I recieved one alert form from EUROPE MISCELLANEOUS, they required Anti-Terrorist certificate, if I wont submit that They will charge me transver charges of 350 pounds, with out taking any award I should pay this much of money its seems. So I replied I dont know how to send and make Anti-terrorist certificate, I told them to keep with them award ammount. So now they inform me to pay the transver charges of 350 pounds.

Please say waht to do, and gice suggestions.

I have recieved an email from Shell Petroleum International LTD saying that I have won GB pounds 250, 000 in International mobile draw 2009.I requested them to get me the details of the same.They replied that they have already deposited the winning amount in Halifax bank and sent the draft to OMNI FREIGHT International courier express.I have been told to contact the courier group to get my draft.The OMNI FREIGHT courier express asked me to pay their service charges in advance.I would like to know how much true it is.

So, I have call Dr. Brown at above mentioned Tel. no and he said to send her personal details at this EmailID. So, my personal details.
As they suggested we send E-mail about her persoanal details. I also attached scan copy of her voting card as a citizen of India.
Then they send email with some certificates which attached with this complaint and said that delivery agent of them coming to India(Mr. ANTHONY WEEL). & at 1st June ANTHONY WEEL asked for Rs. 25, 000 for clearance of winnig prize from indian custom.

So. please tell what to do to find it's real or fake.
