[Resolved]  Shemrock Vaishali, Sec - 2, Ghaziabad — verbal abuses and indecent conduct with female employee

Tripti is absolutely right. i also worked in that school for half month. And Mr.Srivastava is really very short tempered. He does not know the minimum etiquette of talking with his employees. He thinks employees have no other choice, so he treats them like a dog. He talks rubbish with every employee. My experience is also like tripti. He said some bad word & I left the organization. They also don’t maintain the teacher student ratio as they said it. Very bad Branch

I disagree because I have also worked there for more than a year n left owing to my family problems. This branch is most succesful because of its owners reputation n behaviour not only with staff but parents as well. When I left they had 8 teachers apart from HM and AHM with around 100 students, which is probably highest in the area. He is a straight forward person n i have learnt a lot from this branch.

Please dont use wrong language because o[censored]r personnel issues, i[censored] had.

The above two seem to be some rival who try to spoil Shemrock Vaishali's image in vain. I m not only a parent but alsohusband of a teacher there. Had i been not satisfied about the management or the facilities there neither my wife wud have been associated with the school nor i wud have let my kid be there. All of the kids who appeared have got selected in best of the schools, all cause of guidence n care of Mrs. & Mr. Srivastava.

I will suggest you mams not to indulge into these things.

Mr. SRIVASTAVA is a who does not even understand how to behave with parents. They don't take any responsibility of kids. They are basically thieves who steal belongings of your kids. Such should be welcomed with 'shoes'.Really a horrible experience with this play school. v. tripathi

People are not that fool as these days they think...
I would never suggest any one you to go with that school for your pre-school ends...the motive of this school is to maintain it from outside bur in class kids are not even treated by the maids well. They do not provide and appropriate food. Teachers keep repeating age old poems and they do not teach the basic things to kids...
They keep on shifting kids from one place to another place and hardly bother to follow the time table that they have made..

Apart from the structure of the school... the owner is not only a bad mouth person but he is a typical psycho...he owns a mind of an orthodox chauvinist and treat woman like they belong to some baseless families...
None of the women in that community trust that person... I wonder how some people are wasting their time for some of the bugs...
School specially a preschool is a soft community that has to be handled with a cool mind person I better suggest Mrs. srivastava to take over the charge to save this school for better future... she is really a nice lady... with a bad luck...

please do not ever contact this branch for your kids its owner consider every woman as a [censored]...insults his staff badly even AHM and HM have been facing it silently... he has eyes of a butcher...

Neh is a pervert man a complete as vtripathi said who just see a lady as a product to view, review and utilize. Woman working with him do not meant to have any character. he just remain in a chance to throw some personal comments so that he can place his evil intentions.
God knows what kind of a man he is, he himself have two daughters bt realy dnt realize this.

See below the notice served by Shemrock Authority against this man. running unauthorized school without paying franchisee fee. How corrupted he is dn't even care for his own wife's name and security. She will be held responsible for this crime and will go to jail.

Our client, Dr. (Mrs.) Bimla Arora, Director, Golden Edutech Private Limited, is proprietor of the above depicted trademark, logo and trade name, inter alia, in respect of services relating to education and training including running of pre-schools. The logo, trademark/trade-name SHEMROCK has been used extensively and has acquired goodwill and reputation among the public and trade.
It has been brought to our client's notice that Ms. Bharti Srivastava, 611, Sector-1, Vaishali, Gaziabad, who ran and operated SHEMROCK VAISHALI as our client's erstwhile franchisee is not only illegally running the school despite expiration of the Franchise Agreement on 31.07.2012 but is also advertising and conducting a Baby Show on 3rd February 2013 under the name SHEMROCK, which is gross violation of our client's legal, statutory and vested rights in the said trademark and is actionable per se. Our client has not authorized her or any entity connected with her to use or apply the said or similar trademark in connection with any such show.
Public Notice is hereby given that our Clients are already in litigation with Ms. Bharti Srivastava and an Arbitration case is pending against her. Parents and general public are requested to exercise caution while dealing with Ms. Srivastava as our Client's Franchise Agreement with her has already expired and further continued use of mark SHEMROCK by her as the name of her school or any activities connected therewith is not with our Client's consent, permission and is rather illegal in law.

These comments seem to be coming from the management or some rival as somebody above said, which is now proved. Tripthi and Miglani are probably an employee of Shemrock rival. I will suggest buddy u should not resort to such level. My and my neighbours experience have been really good with this school and they both are selected in DPS and G.D Goenka.
