[Resolved]  Shipra Krishna Vista, Indirapuram — Non completion of project and harassment

Dear mr. Mohit singh,

When we met back in september, 2010, you also committed that the team you have put in place will take care of all issues that residents face and you had full faith in them. You also committed to get back to us in 48 hours with a project completion schedule which has been long overdue by many years.

Every time we have stepped in to the facilities office or met people in our meetings, we come back with feedback that the facilities staff is not responding and passing the buck to the project completion staff. These are complaints by residents who are regular in their payments. We also do not have any official project completion schedule from shipra.

Lifts are not completely functional.Nobody knows whether they are licensed or not.
White wash is still to be done in all the apartments.
There are seepage problem in the pillars of d and e block which is dangerous for the structure and the residents as well.


To further antagonize residents, the facilities staff is coercing residents into a pre-paid system which is not acceptable to the residents. We have raised the following points to the facilities staff which have been completely ignored. Once again we are faced with a situation that people want to pay but your facilities is not accepting payments.

1. Residents to have control on change over so that they can limit themselves on how much they want to spend
2. Instead of arbitrary increase in rates, there should be a committee comprising rwa and shipra overseeing the rates only at a quarter level.
3. Why is it that ashiana continues to have a rs. 2 lesser rate than shipra?
4. Maintenance is already being paid on a fixed sum basis. This is not acceptable as part of a pre-paid system
5. We need the right amount of backup capacity available in the generators as the number of residence has increased tremendously

Until shipra answers these points, and settles resident concerns, this pre-paid system (For electricity back up only) is unacceptable.

What is not acceptable is that now the facilities is turning into a menacing harassment machine by threatening residents, cutting electricity backup and not bothered about project or flat state.

Some work started on project completion for just a week and then again everything has gone silent. This is something we have witnessed personally for the last 3 years.
