We have taken the car vehicle finance from your esteem bank to keep aside HDFC, Axis, ICICI bank to build up the good business relationship with you.
To Keep in mind the same, we were taken two nos. of car finance vide CRN Number 32172478 and Loan Account Numbers CF 4493970 & CF 4493797 on 29th February,2008 and subsequently we made the payment of all EMI against those car vehicle finance to us. Both the loan has been matured and closed in 15th Feb 2010. After making all those payments from our side, they assured that the NOC would reach you with 10 working days (say end of February) as it is the verbal committment no written communication that we had with us.
Now, couple of week back, after 1 year and 4 months, the executive came to our office and asking for payment which are dues with you, when we went into the details of that with the statements that provided to us on 21st June, 2011 was showing Rs. 7005/- and Rs. 11,914 in the above accounts.
At the time of closing account it would assure by the executives representing your esteem bank regarding waive off the bouncing charges and others from your end. Now, it is unexpected call from your side, after 1 year and 4 months, it is very embarrassing situation for us.
Further, on Thursday 14th July, at 1.13 pm from land line number +[protected], from Kotak Mahindra, and started abusing and absurd words to our CMD, Mr. Asim Singh. Initally, Executive / collection person was over the phone, when mr singh replied to talk mr gupta, who is take care accounts / finance o[censored]s. Then suddenly, senior person / executive has taken the phone line, and started to talk in loud voice. He abused & used absurd words with our CMD, when he wants to know who is on the other side, he wants to meet with him immediately either in his or their office, the line was disconnected by them.
In no case, no one should use the absurd words while talking with customers. Kindly waive off the charges or settle the issue at earliest and issue the NOC against both the car.
