Sir,
I am a consumer of Shivashankar Gas Agency, Porur @ Chennai and my consumer no. is 68867. My grievances is that whenever delivery boy comes for delivery of cylinder, he always ask extra charges for door delivery as a birth right. Yesterday when he (Muthukumar)asked Rs 50 extra for delivery & when i denied he got angry and started shouting and abusing in Tamil at the end he just shut the door in anger. This whole incident was so embarrassing as if i did some grave mistake by denying extra charges. So, i urge you to do some thing needful so that this practise can be stopped. When i tried to complaint at IOC customer service cell...it is still under development. In agency when you complaint...nobody listen there also..i tried to sort it out locally so many time but all in vain.
