[Resolved]  Shivkala Group — Non refund of booking amount

can we not find where these rascals live and some o[censored]s Gherao and house arrest them.
In India police, Govt officials, even lower judiciary will not take any action on complaints as with some Money thrown to them they will wag their tails only.
We need to make these persons rum for life on street and then ??/

i have not been allotted a flat as i joined them in Pre launching stage.Add me in complaint group

But frds i dont understand when cheques are bounced why no complaint has been lodged with Police. Courts have given directives in such cases. Plz plz file cases.

I am also a victim of Shvkala Fortune Smiles Sector 63, Noida.

My suggestion is lets form a group and lodge a case against them. What do you all say?

Hi all, Instead of beating the bush, if you are interested in taking action, please write to me - [protected]@yahoo.com. a fraudster deserves severe punishment, and before he gets the treatment he deserves, he'll never come to terms with law.

We all have to be united to take action against thsi builder. I have lost my money in their Fortune Smiles Noida project.

I am also a victim of the group. My money is till pending with them. They have recently sent a letter demanding Rs 2 lakh more before an agreement can be signed with them.

Has there been any movement in complainst against them.

i am also the victim of shivkala builders .. i invested all of my savings in their faridabad project ... please lets do something together ...

I booked a MIG flat in Shivkala Glamour city- Faridabad a project launched by Advantage Engineers & Developers Pvt. Ltd. (SHIVKALA Group) in January 2007 .. For this I made a payment of 3 lakh rupees chk no 834200 ... and then another chk of 1 lakh ... chk no. 602348 ( scanned copy attached) It was communicated that construction work will start in March and will get possession in 2009 ..but the builder failed to initiate the project .I visited the project site in haryana 1000 times but till date there is no progress ..I repeatedly asked them to return the booking amount ..I paid them 4 lakh rupees ... I called them on daily basis. Each time I was assured that my money would be refunded in 2-3 days . In 2010 they gave me 2 cheques of 1 lakh each .. but both bounced .. Their head office is Shivkala Builder.D-162, Sector-10, Noida-201301, the manager name is Asit Mittal and Mahim Mittal, Contact no.[protected]. There are 100's of complains against them on various websites but nothing is happening ... They have a project in greater noida which is also stuck ..i am still living in a rented accommodation..and paying the penalties of personal loan i took for the flat ..CAN WE ALL COME TOGETHER AND I FILE A CASE .. CHK BOUNCE, FORGERY .. THEY ALL ARE SERIOUS CRIME ..
