Shivrai Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a fraud company, management have habit to eat employees salary which is given resign from services. everytime they shown there CHINDHICHOR attitude towards the employees. All time company takes fake interviews and as usual they didnt hire even single candidate .Sanjay Borkar and Santosh Shinde is founder of the company and they are height of very amateur, unskilled and unprofessionalism. Dont ever trust on these persons as they are famous to smash there own consignments.

One more thing about this company is client dont want to deal with this company second time. bcoz till the time they know the fact that they are

I also didnt get salary from Shivrai Technologies when I decided to quite from company. I have taken 4 month follow-up after resign to get my own money, but all time I get disappointed.

I am with you sachit. Its very BIG NO to shivrai technologies pvt. ltd. pune.

I just want to attract attention of current & future employees of Shivrai Technologies that it's not only about not paying their salaries but the so called Directors of company have devised new trap to cash in on the employee who work with them. They'll make you sign a bond with them and harass you till you resign. The next stage is obviously backmailing for releiving papers and ask for RANSOM!! Yes!! I'm consiously using this word. plz plz... start your career with any damn company in this IT world but not this one.. I'm not sure who's going to take any action for such fradulent companies..But I'm just passing on the information baton which might save somebody's career!!!

I've also got some crucial insights of theis company. For one opening they'll call atleast 100 people n Surprisingly noone get selected.. Reason: There's no opening..
How can people coming form TCS, Infosys not get selected in this " 1BHK company"? Before looking even at the website go n look at the profile sof the directors. These prople have not worked even for " A DAY" in any IT company. Just passed out from engineering and opened this IT shop.
Believe it or not..It's true..
So would you like to apply to a company where there's no learning, no salary and malak ( it's a marathi word) just siting on chairs idle..
Factfile: Shivrai Technology is being established in 1995 (in Golden era of IT) and after 15 years it still crawls in 1 BHK flat. It shows hoe visionary the owners of this company are. The headcount has never gone up above 15 ( Including dukan malak).

Think twice before you make " Biggest mistake of your life"...by even applying to this company...

Dear Sir,

I was an employee of NIKKOSOFTS. in vishrantwadi Pune from May 2010 to Nov 2011 as S/W Developer. I have resigned from the company on 31st November 2011. As per the companies policy I have completed my probation period for 6 month. But I have not recieved my salary for 4 month. I am asking to the organisation to pay my salary but they are just giving me dates and not following it. Its now more than 4 months I have relieved from the company still I have not recieved the salary. I am not the only person who is suffering fro this condition in ths company but there are my other colleauges who is suffering from the same condition.

I am requesting you to please take some action on such a companies so that people like me should not get suffer.

Guys its true, these guys are fraud, they have habit of eating peoples money, they enjoy harassing people in their office. These guys sleep in the office and expect people to work 15-16 hours even on Saturday, Sunday's. Please avoid these kind of companies.

The situation is still same. I woked with this company for many years and faced this issue. Some of my friends are working there, now also in May 2016, they dont get the salary on time. The founders sits in AC and in outside, employees boiling in hot tempreture. They are trying to tell the founders but founders dont listen. They sale FarmERP but customers are unhappy. The company is still have 25 employees.

This is my father's company and at that time they couldn't give any salary because there were many losses.I am telling you that I have self-controlled my self by not giving you abuses. This not a fraud company.for you information our company has now got orders from Turkey, Oman, Brazil, Thailand and many more and these tasks have been successfully completely.you can ask the employees as they get their salary at the right time and in the appropriate amount.So mind your words before saying anything about this company.
