I have invested in nov 09 rs 4,50.000/- in shree resorts business plans and this is unit of shree om sainath car on rent ltd. i could not receive the dividneds from the very first month. Ms latha and Mr kaushik banerjee at their bangalroe office mislead me wrong iformmations. they have head office in mumbai kandivali west, dhanukarwadi post. This company was run by three brothers roopesh verma, amit verma and sumit verma. they were running shree sai cine vision, swiss cabs, shree sai constructions in UP and park view hotel in gurgaon 17c sector and sai regency in dlf phase II. They did not have any shree resorts except service apartments in gurgaon and cheated rs 5000 crores from all indians. Now roopesh has hidden all money and ensured his two brothers safe by getting their resignations before his arrest is a well planned move. the police and govt of india should arrest all diorectors who put thogusand of families into distress and driving for suicides as they have sold their properties and assets and put the investments inthis company is bitter truth. police should seize their properties in mumbai, indore, nagpur, gurgaon, agra lucknow and pune. they have hidden money anf properties in their family and relatives benami name. sir arrest all direcrts and investigate and seize all their proiperties and auction the proeprties and distribute to all investors. if the case goes to court of law it will take many years but poor people can not wait for all these years and its really not solution for such planned criminal activites inthis country.The culprits in this scam are roopesh verma, amit verma, sumit verma, kishore verma, arun singh, sanjeev srivastava, mumbai manoj nagpur, dutta muki, pune, latha kaushik banerjee bangalore, garima singh, aruna kapoor, ranjeet singh, new delhi. its heard that they are paid huge money to police and media to suppress their scam. so we request home minsitry to instruct police department and economic offciers to investigate the case impartially and arrest all criminal mentality directors and return the hard money of common people of india as early as possible.
