[Resolved]  Shreya Developwell Pvt. Ltd. — Hindon Valley (plots)

Dear Sir,

We would like to lodge a formal complaint against M/s. Shreya Developwells Pvt. Ltd. wherein we had booked plots under their 'Hindon Valley' project.

The surprising thing is that each member had booked plot in good faith either through a friend or a known acquantaince. We understand that Shreya Develpwell is holding this plot which is surronded by plots of other builders. Shreya Developwell is neither able to sell this plot nor able to construct / cut the plots as the money collected from various allottes has been siphoned to other projects.

After regular follow-ups and assurances from Mr. Rajiv Gupta and his office employees, there is no progress. We are a group of 15 members holding approx. 20 plots (150 Sq. yard each) and have paid amount in access of Rs. 70 lac till date at various point in time.
