I N Ramakrishna having HP Gas connection at Shreya Gas Agencies, Neredmet, Secunderabad (Consumer No.529029). I have booked the gas on 21.09.2007 (booking No.7430) at the time of booking they told gas will be delivered within 10 days. Till today I have not received the cylinder. Whether calling to gas agency they said today we have sending the cylinder. But till today i have not received. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
