Dear Sir,
I had used servise of shri ganesh packers & Movers for for shifting of my household goods from Thane to Durgapur, West Bengal. After looking at my complete goods he had agreed for packing, dispatch, loading, unloading insurance everything in 10000 Rs/-. Their executive Mr. Manoj Sharma had come for packing on 03.08.12 and tahen complete household and given me LR No. 1041. he promised me that the goods will be delivered by 12.08.12. I had called him on 11.08.12 to check the status of the same but i was surprised to know that the have not dispatched the goods. he is asking for more 8000 Rs/- to deliver the product.
