What to tell? I was unlucky that time. One of the unlucky boy came from Other state to work in Bangalore with a lot of dreams. I know Autocad, Graphic designing, Hardware maintainance etc. They called me by seeing 'Freeads' (a good service provider) for interview. it was a mechanical related job and I dont have experiance in that feild. I told him that, he told me "It is not required". I told my salary expectation, 6000/- per month.
The owner Mr.xxxx told me that He will be giving as per my performance. He made me to work for 17 days,(I joined in middle of a month) The actual timings is 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. it was 9.00 to 7.30-8.00pm. He utilized me for Autocad works, DTP, and made me install softwares what he want. after 17 days, He told me "Your performance is not good. the mechanical drawings that you have made are not clear to me" a big statement he told is, A 3D DRAWING WILL SHOW MORE THAN 3 SIDES. He want a complicated object drawing in 3d, but in only one a4 sheet, clear, one side. I told him I am sorry, It is not possible. then he told me you work for daily basis. Rs-100 per day. means 3000 per month if he is calling me daily. that call also not sure. He was not enough cultured to settle salary while leaving the job. I knew that this is his practice for last some months. he will make newcomers to work for a week or two, the send them Back without giving a rupee. that Bloody 's Factory name is "Shri Parameswari Enterprises" C-104, Devasandra Industrial Area, Near Canara Bank, Mahadevapura, Bangalore. Newly job searchers, please be carefull about these type of employers. Dont get cheated by them... Take Appointment letter if possible in interview time itself.
