[Resolved]  Shri Ram Finance Company — Car finance not give the NOC

Dear Sir,
i had purchesed old car BOLERO from a person. Bolero was finance from Shri Ram Finance Company. the owner said about this and we had agreed to pay 19 EMI. we had cleared it in december 2010. after clearing this amount when i said for NOC finance company not give the NOC becouse owner have another car which is also finance from same company. finance company says after clearing the car(SAFARI) we give NOC. From last Six month i have in trouble.i loss my many and time. i want claim for this. what i do?

please help me.
