Dear Sir,
My consumer no. is SG 24852. I wish to bring to your notice that inspite of repeated follow-ups with Shri Ram Gas Agency, Pune they have failed to deliver the refilled gas cylinder in time.
At the most one cylinder lasts for 25-30 days. We are instructed by the gas agency to book for refilled cylinder after 11 days of previous delivery. The delivery they say will be done within 8 days, but this never happens. They delivery the cylinder after 17-19 days. We remain without gas for atleast 4-5 days because of this. It has been noticed that the above said gas agency sells the cylinder in BLACK. This is done by the delivery boy and the money collected is distributed among all employees of the agency. If this is stopped every consumer will get a refilled cylinder in time.
