My modem/code no. is 382940. I am very sorry to tell you that your services are very poor. On 22/12/2010 i made complaint vide Complaint No. 5093261 through telephonic for connectivity problem. Every month i am getting problems in connectivity. I am residing in the Nagpada area. And every time your your customer care tell us that you are not permitted to set up you system in our area and i am listening this for last 6 months. Now for more than 20 days your connectity is not available. If you cant resolve the problem of connectivity you please tell us staraightway you are not able to do the same. And i do not want to continue with your connectivity so please inform me what is the procedure for disconnecting the line or otherwise i would remove myself
