I Am ChandraSekarReddy, I have applied for a used car loan on nov-10-2011. Mr. Srinivas ([protected])from Shriram Transport Finance India Pvt ltd LB nagar Branch collected the documents and got sign in the Loan document from me. He said that the loan will be processed in one week and you will get the Loan amount within one week. But still now feb14 2012 it's didn't got processed.(RC book to them and they endorsed in that, but they didn't provide us the loan amount.) i have asking NOC upto now they not given me later i have gone to head office in himyathnagar office staff said regional manager(Mr Satyanarna) is not in seat for 10 dyas but the same answer is repeated for the past two month. Mr srinivas and chandrareddy has charged endorsement ag grement 1500/- charges from me They are not taking any responsibilities. Was this information helpful? |
