Miss Arpita Sales Car Loan Department Hdfc Bank Ltd Kolkata, has misled us by not telling us about processing fees for which we were not told to us about it, as negotiations and documentations were done for last 15 days, now all of a sudden she sends some other employee to collect the cheques and demands us that we have to pay processing fees for which she did not tell us from day one, she call me at Gillandars House Office and took about 150-200 signatures and did not take sign on paper which states processing fees. Now each and every papers are submitted.
it seems that she has taken for granted that we have to pay Processing Fees for which we are not aware.
We had car loan on old car which we have already cleared.
As we had relations so we opted for Hdfc Bank Ltd.
