I had buy a new maruti suzuki A-star ZXI model from Shubh Motors KATNI (M.P.). My complain is that from the first servicing i had told them a complaint of engine noice,door noice,ac is not cooling but till its third servicing they are not lisining our complain & due to ac is not cooling my family members got lots of illness i also have medical certificate of that illness also.now when i went to them for servicing of my car when i have told them the complain of engine noice door noice ac is not cooling they have written on the job card every thing is ok with out any test drive. When i told them for the test drive of vehical they told me we cannot do any thing on your vehical our head told us to write every thing is ok.in shubh motors katni they are not dealing maruti properly.please contact us as soon as possible. otherwise as soon as i will go to consumer fouram &to high court with the case of 420.
