[Resolved]  Sify Broadband — Bad service

I am using Sify Broadband internet service since the last 6 months. My service has never being satisfactory. In each month I lose 8-10 days of my service due to problem in cabaling. These problems are not taken care of in time. Also the costumer care here in mumbai a headche the agents there speak so low the i dont hear anything. The dont have enough knowledge about their own services and are of no use
Hope i do get some good service now.

Sify Broadband — refund of money

my name is sandeep biradar.i've paid rs.2500 to the sify technologies representative named Ali on 05-11-11.They are not providing broadband and refusing to refund the amount,i had been to thier office located in godrej building near ruby hall.My order reference number on the payment receipt is WW 132105.

Please take a look at this case.
