The complaint is againt a lady who is operating an agency name 'Sigma consultants' for domestic help.
We all need to beware of this agency as they are asking their customers to pay an advance[protected] with an intension of getting adsconding without providing any services.
After receiving the advance, they will stop answering calls and the owner-Sunitha will disappear from Blr. Others from the agency won't know what conversation you have had with her.
People behind this agency are aware about the fact that generally such customers are not going to follow up month after month and this way they can take advatage of the situation.
That's how they are running this business.
Is there a simpler way to take a legal action against these kind of agencies.
They are running their business by cheating customers.
