Hi, This is Lovina. I have an account with icici. has placed request for debit card on 4th nov10, was informed to callback after 4 working days to check which courier will deliver the debit card. when called back was given a tracking number and contact # [protected]/ 4137/ 7406) for SIGMA COURIER. its been a week i have been calling the # ending with 5308 only rings no answer the other 2 nos. are not in use. Icici does not even have the details they just kept telling that its been delivered contact SIGMA Couriers. how can i? finally i googled the company found the JB nagar contact # when contacted the lady checked the tracking # and said dispatched back to icici as delivery failed. When i asked her details when it was delivered she just kept telling contact bank your documents are sent back. she didnt answer any of my questions. i believe when a delivery is made a calling card or note is left no such details available with me or my neighbours. and they couldnt help me with any information... HOW CAN SUCH A BIG INTERNATIONAL BANK have tie up with such POOR COURIER SERVICE. who dont have any working standards. and the worst part is the BANK also does not have appropriate details like no website address to even track the tracking # whats the USE of the # when it cannot be traced by a customer.
