[Resolved]  Sigma Courier — no delivery

This is Vijay Kale from Navi Mumbai. this Sigma Courier is giving cheap service to such a big bank i.e., ICICI Bank, is not having its website to track the courier by token numbers even phone numbers 24035308 is not answering, such a rubbiesh courier how this bank is keeping such courier, inspite having 1000 of good courier service povider.

This is Qaiss from mumbai i have account with icici bank . Icici bank send me debit card from sigma courier on 4th Of November 2010 but this courier i didn't receive and if i calling in customer service they will not response me properly they are put me on hold more then 20min & mainly Mr Bhagwan his number is [protected] he very RASCAL person once he pick the call from one number, next time he put that number on divert. when ever i tray his no its showing busy but when i tray from other no i am able to reach him please take some action on him. thansk

Lady there is not even know how to talk to customer, neither any co-operation from her. Due to office timing normally i am in office, so i had given them various options including one that give me time in a slot of a hour, so that I will reach from office to there as it will take a hour to reach, but she is even not agree with it and told i can't say you exact time it can be anything between 12:00 to 07:00 and on saturday she refused to delivery before 13:00 .

I don't know how bank like ICICI assign their work to such a cheap company

ICICI bank has send me debit card through sigma courier, its almost 15 days and i have still not received the card.I reissued for the card again it has not reached to me after waiting for 4days.
I dont understand why a bank like ICICI go for such third grade courier services.

I agree with you javed!!! they are a complete crap company...they have no tracking support nor do they any customer care service...i just cant understand how can ICICI bank partner with such acrap company!!! its been 12 days since ICICI bank has dispatched my courier and how can it take 12 days for an intercity courier!!!

ICICI inorder to cut cost are compromising on services which is there main revenue generator... I was given a tracking # LT[protected] for the delivery of my debit card... I received the atm pin but not the card and the awb teacking # doesnt even exist in their system... This is pathetic.

What a courier co.why SBI work with sigma

Here is Raman ablish again.today is 22 oct. 17 oct.courier with kandivali branch.tomorrow she promise me send the courier in evening on 21. But sorry .sigma courier is the wust courier.whySBI work with this co.I have also give the complain toSBI.today.who pay my late fee of my bill.Sigma courier what is this.

Recently i have faced the same problem for receiving cheque books and other documents from ICICI Bank due to the poor service of Sigma courier. If house is locked, why don't they drop visit slip with courier ref & contact person for collecting the same fr their office ? I wonder why Icici Bank still bank on sigma courier.
