A reputed Bank like ICICI hiring a courier service (Sigma Courier, I have never heard of this name elsewhere) which doesn't have their website or customercare number is really surprising.
It indicates that something fishy is their in between ICICI bank and Sigma courier, because their are lot of other good courier service available and that of in lower cost.

It is worst courier service I ever seen, and employee even don't know how to talk to customers.
We have applied for Cheque book on 03/04/2011 through ATM centre of ICICI bank, request processed & given to courier on 04/04/2011, but today 0n 16/04/11 but till date i have not received my cheque book.
Have checked with ICICI bank customer care & courier service but there is no proper response, status is showing still In Transit. This is the worst courier service i have ever seen & business partner with such a reputed bank like ICICI?
Please give delivery of cheque book within 24 hours otherwise strict action will be taken against courier service
