Sub: Very poor customer service
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have lost my debit card and asked for duplicate. I got a call from ICICI bank regarding my card as per the call i suppose to receive my card on Monday but it reached early i.e on Friday only at my office address when i already left the office. next time when the person came with my card from sigma courier "Avtar Singh" and asked me for my ID proof i just requested him to wait for 10mins as i was on a meeting that time or else to come after four but the way he behaved i felt very bad and insulted.
requested you to please direct them to behave properly with the cutomer other wise you people only going to loose your customers. we have our salary account with you. i am going to write a mail to my MD regarding your poor service.
