I also got a phone call from signature siestas company by woman named Nidhi Anand. and then I talked to one sagar sharma also.

I have given them Rs 50000 by debit card.

I am reading all these information about them at your site only.
I dont know what to do?
Pleas help me in getting my refund.

Oh God. I also received call from Signature siestas Pvt. Ltd. K-28, Lajpat Nagar and I went there with my wife on[protected]. I talked to Neha and Manish. I have given them Rs. 28000/- by debit card. Now I am reading all these information about them. I dont know what should I do? Please help me in getting my refund.

I was also called by signature siestas about a year back i also got into a membership agreement with them. paid Rs 40, 00/- upfront and have been paying the EMIs. My experience with the company has been quite good as I have availed two short holidays in wonderful quality of resorts and i see no resaon as to why would anyone complain.

I became a victim of this cheaters, way back in 2004. These guys ( Ujjwal and Associate) took 85000/- from me in the name of membership for RCI. Convince me for a property ( d- Chalet) at Shimla. They didnt give me any membership card inspite of my repeated approach to them. Finally, when I approach Ujjwal, he said - once my tenure of 15 years will be over, I will get back my full money with interest. I am still waiting for that. Now, I came to know that, nothing like this office( Signature Siestaas) exists now. Kindly advice, what to do next?? Ujjwal should be sent to jail?? Should I file a case against Ujjwal in consumer forum??? How can I trace him?
