I also agree with it..these ppl recruit the candidate, dont give salary..make linger on payments for three to four months and finally when ppl want to resign and asked to clear dues then impose allegation of performance and forget all promises..

dont be victim of this fraud company

I am also one of the victims of the Signature. They have given me two post dated chques (with two different dates) as my final settlement for salary after my resignation. both the cheques were dishonored because of insufficient funds. After a repeated followup they have cleared the first cheque amount. They are not clearing the second cheque. Now I have decided to file a criminal case ! lets hope that I can teach them a lesson ! But I advice all (who want to join this company) DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE TOO RICH & ADVENTUROUS.
