[Resolved]  Sikkim Manipal University — Course not valid

Dear Sir,
I am the student of Sikkim Manipal University. One of my senior have completed course from sikkim Manipal University in Distance mode. But his degree is not valid and rejected in many govt vacancies. From some source I got the news that University Approval from DEC and UGC has been expired and its course is not valid. University has not taken permission from State government also.
I am paying very high fee compair to other university courses and now I don't know what to do....
Where can i complain?
I am much worry for my career. I suggest to other kindly don't take admission in sikkim Manipal University.
