This link has just been noticed at simply-logic earlier today - we have no idea regarding who this person is.
It appears anyone with any kind of a grudge, can anonymously post baseless and unsubstantiated things on the internet, and then think they can get away with it. Strong words such as "fraud", when used in such loose, baseless and unsubstantiated manner is
certainly open for libel in court and more.
The following are some clarifications:

Training period offered is for 3 months – this is organized and scheduled, with tests and such. It is offered completely FREE and is offered as a public service.
No stipend or any payment is offered during this entire training period.
After successful completion of training, that is trainee attends on a regular basis and does well on all tests and such, AND if there are job openings at that time, trainee MAY be offered employment.
For ALL trainees who have successfully completed training, Training Certificate is issued.
At no time whatsoever, trainees are asked to do live project work – none of the trainees have ever been asked to work on any live project.
A sample project, which is NOT a live project, is provided as per training schedule, as and when trainee is approaching end of training period. The training schedule by the way, is printed and made available to trainee BEFORE training commences and is updated continuosly and displayed on the notice board, along with comments from trainee, throughout training period. (No adverse comments have been noticed so far on any trainee's schedule).
Anyway, the purpose of the sample project is so trainee can utilize all individual concepts learned from earlier training, (from areas such as HTML, CSS,
PHP, Database etc). This sample project certainly does not contain any part of any live project. The whole trainee period is scheduled on paper and is signed by and commented upon by trainee, through the whole course of training.
Again, there aren't any (and never were) any trainees who have worked on any live project, during their training period. And, no promises are ever made regarding employment at the end of training. As mentioned earlier, this entirely depends upon the trainees performance during training AND job vacancy situation at any point in time.
All the above stipulations are actually printed in detail on paper and are signed by trainee, who agrees to all the above BEFORE joining the training program. Obviously, no one is forced to join as trainee and anyway, anyone who has joined as trainee, and is not
interested to continue for whatever reason, can stop at any time, especially since the entire training, computer time and tests offered etc., are all offered for free.
As for the really silly comment regarding quality of the tea being offered (again, as with other things, this is provided free of cost as well), in case anyone does not feel like consuming the tea, obviously no one is forced to drink this tea and anyone not wanting to do so, can just politely decline to drink the tea. On the contrary though, many trainees do ask for and consume more than one cup.

Over the last month, the office has been relocated, and have been experiencing severe voltage fluctuation issues (which is beyond anyone's control obviously), at this new location - (this has since been corrected). This is in addition to the general power cut situation,
prevalent throughout the state. Also, the earlier HR person has resigned owing to ill health.
Therefore, we have been in a state of trying to get things organized the past couple of weeks and owing to this, in case any Training Certifcates have been missed being handed out to anyone who has
successfully completed training, can feel free to call and stop by to pick up their certificate. Since last week, the new HR replacements have already been trying to contact people to advice them on this issue anyway.
In any event, in case anyone has any other issues regarding their training, can feel free to stop by and discuss them in person with HR and with other management personnel.

simply logic technologies is really a sub standard company...i read the whole reply from the company side...what they are saying is true...but they failed to keep up the promise that they gave when we joined the company..i was a trainee in that company for 2 months...but later on i came to know that there is no hope in that company...but my friend continued his training and finished the training...when the training started the company H.R.(T.Manivanan)...said that..after the training period your salary will be around 8000 to 10000...but they offered only 3000 for my friend after he finished his training period sucessfully...
note the company timing...its from 9.30am to 7.30pm...all saturdays will be a working day...except second saturday...that means...for 270 working hours in a month they offered only 3000 rupees/month for an MCA graduate..even a mason or people working for daily wages get 100Rs for 6 hours of work..B.E/M.C.A graduates are getting lesser than that...this is awful...my friend got disappointed and left the company

for a break here.Completely unprofessional, squeezing employees for
your family's welfare, not for their personal and professional growth.
No minimum office infrastructure. Product based companies in India are
supposed to have at-least an optimum infrastructure, which will create
a positive attitude in the minds of a customer / client. Only when
invested for something, returns can be assured.
Shocked by the amazing principle: Incoming finances to be reached at
the earliest point of time, while outgoing expenditures to be
prolonged at the maximum.
Marketing a software product is not that easy. Appropriate consultants
will have be appointed and they don't come cheap as per the salary
structure of Simply Logic. Do not compare any software product with
SAP. They are world leaders in the field of enterprise software.
Sitting in front of computers for a highly considerable amount of time
is highly dangerous. No health benefits for employees, only a paltry
wage (it cannot be called a salary) of Rs 1500 / Rs 3000 / Rs 5000.
Even a construction coolie gets a minimum of Rs 250 per day. With a
paltry amount of Rs 50 / Rs 100 a day which Simply Logic pays majority
of its employees (Rs 10 per hour, sounds like an internet cafe), will
an individual be able to meet his basic requirements on a day to day
basis given the present cost of living and recent price hikes by the
government?
The organization works for its clients in U.S, where the week ends are
completely off, while here, the employees have been forced to work on
Saturdays for half a day. Kindly note, it is essential for every
individual to maintain a work life balance. Here again, it completely
shows for the welfare of your family's growth and not bothered about
the individual.
Taking curse of employees by not paying their last month salary when
they are leaving this firm for better opportunities. Having curse of
your own previous employees is definitely not good. It will definitely
have its effect in the long term with complete negative bias.
The organization wants its employees to come in a professionally
managed way with shoes. For the compensation, the organization pays
and with the minimum cost of a shoe, an individual will be in a
position to take care of him for 4 to 5 days.
HR policies of the organization needs to be done at the formation of
the organization itself. It is not that it can be changed as and when
the company management prefers to do so as it is happening now.
On my personal front, while calculating the salary for the month of
October 2011, I was shocked to note that the cheque amount was less by
Rs 101. By that calculation, I was able to judge how crook a person
is.
Last, but not the least, Don't ever think that you are the only
smartest person on earth. There are 'n' others always smarter than
you.

This link has been noticed at simply-logic earlier today and we will make an attempt to respond to this as best we can, although we may not be able to respond to every one of such unfounded allegations henceforth.
We don't know who this simply123 is, but this person seems to be carrying a very long term grudge...in fact, we don't recall ever having any issues with any of our employees or trainees (past or present) on a personal basis or otherwise...so, I have no idea what really is the issue with this simply123 person. Besides, it has already been mentioned multiple times earlier that any issues that anyone has can be sorted out by them coming out to meet with us and we can see if there is anything we can do to about it (such as making sure to provide the person with a training certificate, in case this has been missed somehow earlier). We believe that is a positive and constructive thing to do. Rather, to-date, this simply123 person whoever it is, has not come up to discuss anything, either in person, by telephone or by email...but keeps posting all kinds o[censored]nfounded derogatory things anonymously.
Anyway, to the topic of this letter. There are so many other things obviously, that are not known to anyone, about this situation / person. We will try to state some details about this situation, but will keep it pretty brief (and civil). This person joined our firm showing previous experience in the areas of Business Development (BD) and Human Resources (HR)...and we hired him to work primarily in the area of BD.
This person was averse to any rules and regulations right from the beginning...his salary by the way, was well over Rs.15, 000/- pm (which he has not mentioned in his "letter", but has simply indicated some internship stipend and other figures, out of context). He always used to leave much much earlier than all others and would also take a lot of leave. The less said about his work, the better, (there is a lot that can be said about the gross incompetence, whenever required, but we won't bring it up here, now).
Additionally, he told us that he has personal health problems (I will not divulge more details at this time) due to which he needed to leave work early everyday, had to take off often during work-time to get health tests done, had to take a large number of leave days due to preparation for surgery and then, also in fact suddenly took off for 2 weeks or so, citing emergency surgery. We have approved all of this, without any question. In fact, I have a letter which we believe is from his "uncle" (we don't know if this email is genuine or a fake) requesting us "very sincerely" to provide leave for him due to his health condition. We have responded back immediately and supported the guy's need to take off suddenly for surgery (again, we have no way of knowing if this need for surgery was genuine or was a fake, and in fact, we longer have any interests regarding this person whatsoever, so we don't care anymore about the details). None of the above has been mentioned in the person's so called "letter".
The person had also discussed with us that he was preparing for an exam (again, whether this was genuine or not, we don't know and of course, don't care anymore), for which he needed to take more time and days off...this also has been supported by us without question.
Then, one fine day the guy returned as if he was back from surgery, collected his previous month's salary and stopped coming from the next day without saying anything. He did not show up for more than a week (this fact was not mentioned in this person's so called "letter" to us), and then suddenly he sends us this email, without any provocation.
To say more about this situation, I can forward additional emails that this person has forwarded to us (and once again, of course, copied to all our existing employees) about 2 weeks after the above email (the language used in these emails are not conducive for public display). Obviously, copying such emails to every present/past employee/trainee has been done to cause us anguish or so the person thought, but in fact, has actually caused everyone to question the person's sanity.
Anyway, what's more, again, about a week to 2 weeks later, the person called our CEO from an anonymous cell phone and started to use uncivil language and abruptly cut off the call - we actually realized it was this guy who had called, much later. About a week or so after that, again anonymous SMS messages were sent (we still have copies of this), from yet another anonymous cell number, with extremely uncivil language, calling us all kinds of names and such.
We have not responded to any of this person's communications, because we too do not wish to stoop to really low uncivil levels. Besides, we no longer have anything to do with this person whatsoever. So, this person has been doing all this with no provocation whatsoever, and he has been very timid during his stay at the office - not one time has any so called "issues" been brought up, while he was here, although there was plenty of opportunity to do so.
What this person has been doing (he had only been with us for about 3 months) is called stalking (and everyone might know, what kinds of people do this) and our law people are advising us to even file for Police action in this situation...however, as mentioned earlier, we have chose to ignore, at this point.
Anyway, for anyone who wishes to know more about what simply-logic really is, please feel free to stop by our offices, talk to any o[censored]s here, at anytime (and also with our past employees) and make up your own mind, if at all you are interested to do so.

In fact, I have a letter which we believe is from his "uncle" (we don't know if this email is genuine or a fake) requesting us "very sincerely" to provide leave for him due to his health condition. We have responded back immediately and supported the guy's need to take off suddenly for surgery (again, we have no way of knowing if this need for surgery was genuine or was a fake, and in fact, we longer have any interests regarding this person whatsoever, so we don't care anymore about the details). None of the above has been mentioned in the person's so called "letter".
The person had also discussed with us that he was preparing for an exam (again, whether this was genuine or not, we don't know and of course, don't care anymore), for which he needed to take more time and days off...this also has been supported by us without question.
Then, one fine day the guy returned as if he was back from surgery, collected his previous month's salary and stopped coming from the next day without saying anything. He did not show up for more than a week (this fact was not mentioned in this person's so called "letter" to us), and then suddenly he sends us this email, without any provocation.
To say more about this situation, I can forward additional emails that this person has forwarded to us (and once again, of course, copied to all our existing employees) about 2 weeks after the above email (the language used in these emails are not conducive for public display). Obviously, copying such emails to every present/past employee/trainee has been done to cause us anguish or so the person thought, but in fact, has actually caused everyone to question the person's sanity.
Anyway, what's more, again, about a week to 2 weeks later, the person called our CEO from an anonymous cell phone and started to use uncivil language and abruptly cut off the call - we actually realized it was this guy who had called, much later. About a week or so after that, again anonymous SMS messages were sent (we still have copies of this), from yet another anonymous cell number, with extremely uncivil language, calling us all kinds of names and such.
We have not responded to any of this person's communications, because we too do not wish to stoop to really low uncivil levels. Besides, we no longer have anything to do with this person whatsoever. So, this person has been doing all this with no provocation whatsoever, and he has been very timid during his stay at the office - not one time has any so called "issues" been brought up, while he was here, although there was plenty of opportunity to do so.
What this person has been doing (he had only been with us for about 3 months) is called stalking (and everyone might know, what kinds of people do this) and our law people are advising us to even file for Police action in this situation...however, as mentioned earlier, we have chose to ignore, at this point.
Anyway, for anyone who wishes to know more about what simply-logic really is, please feel free to stop by our offices, talk to any o[censored]s here, at anytime (and also with our past employees) and make up your own mind, if at all you are interested to do so.
We thought to respond to this since this so called "letter" has been brought up here...but, again, as mentioned earlier, we might not be able to respond to every such unfounded allegation, henceforth.
