[Resolved]  sindbad yacht services — Non delivery of goods

The client was suppose to deliver Valentine Gifts on the 14th, must have tried calling them nearly 50 times but they refused to pick up the phone or effect the delivery & the sad part is that Times deal takes no responsibility of the action of the merchant.

What is the use of Times Deal if after going through them they do not take any onus of the merchant action.
