Sirindia.com — Non receipt of payment for bills of vendors

Sir,
I was vendor at Sirindia.com for more than 2 years initially i was getting monthly payment in time then after 8 to 9months I was getting delayed payment and then I stopped selling at sirindia.com becuase there was no improvement in making payment in time and it was delayed for one to two months and for Dec08 and January 09 for which bills are submitted still I have not received the payment first I was told that we will settle the account then I was told that still we have to take the confirmation from customers where as it is taken immidiately in the time bound programme. again after passing three months they are demanding proof of delivery which is not the procedure even though for more than last two years they never asked for the pod and as per their procedure confirmed from the customer and made the payments Just to harass and with intention of cheating they are not paying my hard earned money And sirindia is a platform if vendor does not supply the goods they do not pay and refund the amount to customer whereas sirindia.com have received the payments from customers and after supply of goods to customer by me the payment is held up by sirindia.com niether paid to me nor returned to the customer.
